वैक्सीन शॉर्टेज पर राहुल के निशाने पर केंद्र: कांग्रेस नेता बोले- भारत को तेज वैक्सीनेशन की जरूरत; भाजपा के झूठे दावों से काम नहीं चलेगा
कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने वैक्सीनेशन ड्राइव को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा है। राहुल ने कहा कि देश को तेज और पूरी वैक्सीनेशन ड्राइव की जरूरत है। देश को भाजपा के झूठे दावों की जरूरत नहीं है। भाजपा सिर्फ झूठे स्लोगनों के जरिए वैक्सीन की किल्लत को छिपाने की कोशिश कर रही है।
उन्होंने मोदी सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि सरकार सिर्फ प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की इमेज सुधारने में लगी हुई है। इसी वजह से देश में दूसरी लहर इतनी खतरनाक हुई और लाखों निर्दोष लोगों की जान गई।
कोरोना को लेकर हमलावर रहे हैं राहुल
इससे पहले 28 मई को राहुल ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी पर तीखा हमला बोला था। राहुल ने कहा था कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के लिए प्रधानमंत्री की नौटंकी जिम्मेदार हैं। वे कोरोना को समझ ही नहीं पाए। देश में जो डेथ रेट बताई गई वह भी झूठ है। सरकार को सच बोलना चाहिए।
वैक्सीनेशन पर राहुल के दो बड़े आरोप
1. सरकार की वैक्सीन स्ट्रैटजी फेल
राहुल ने कहा था कि कोरोना से निपटने के 4 तरीकों- टेस्टिंग, ट्रैकिंग, ट्रीटमेंट और वैक्सीनेशन में से किसी भी सरकार के लिए 70-80% लोगों को टीके लगवाना सबसे सही बात होती। लेकिन सरकार यह अनुमान लगाने में ही विफल हो गई कि-
- कितने लोगों को वैक्सीन की जरूरत होगी?
- वैक्सीन के कितने डोज का ऑर्डर देना होगा?
- देश की अपनी वैक्सीन बनाने की क्षमता कितनी होगी?
- कितने वैक्सीन बाहर से मंगवानी होंगी और यह ऑर्डर कौन देगा?
2. वैक्सीन ऑर्डर में नाकामी माफी लायक नहीं
राहुल ने कहा था कि दूसरे देशों ने मई 2020 में ही वैक्सीन खरीद के ऑर्डर देने शुरू कर दिए थे। लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने भारत को नाकाम कर दिया। उसने वैक्सीन का पहला ऑर्डर जनवरी 2021 में दिया। सार्वजनिक जानकारी के मुताबिक मोदी सरकार और राज्य सरकारों ने 140 करोड़ की आबादी और 18 साल से ऊपर के 94.50 करोड़ लोगों के लिए अब तक सिर्फ 39 करोड़ डोज ऑर्डर किए हैं। प्रमुख देशों में भारत की पर कैपिटा डोज खरीद सबसे कम है।

Rahul's two big allegations on vaccination
1. Government's Vaccine Strategy Failed
Rahul had said that in any of the 4 ways to deal with Corona - Testing, Tracking, Treatment and Vaccination, the best thing would have been for the government to vaccinate 70-80% of the people. But the government failed to anticipate that-
How many people will need the vaccine?
How many doses of the vaccine need to be ordered?
What will be the capacity of the country to make its own vaccine?
How many vaccines will have to be ordered from outside and who will place this order?
2. Failure to order vaccine is unforgivable
Rahul had said that other countries had started placing orders for the purchase of vaccines in May 2020. But the Modi government failed India. He placed the first order of the vaccine in January 2021. According to public information, the Modi government and the state governments have so far ordered only 39 crore doses for a population of 140 crore and 94.50 crore people above 18 years. India has the lowest per capita dose purchase among major countries.
